Food & Beverage Manager

The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all food and beverage departments across the resort. This is a key role within the management team at Lyrath Estate and will be responsible for implementing and developing 5-star standards across the Food and Beverage division, ensuring the team are sufficiently trained to carry out the highest levels of service and ensuring attention to detail is applied in every aspect. We are looking for someone that is thoroughly professional, well organised, and passionate about delivering world class service to our guests. This is a full-time position.
